On the topic of mountains, Mount Ausangate is the highest peak in southern Peru. It is here that the picturesque image of alpacas roaming the countryside comes to life. This breathtaking mountain is another place where guides lead tours of hikers who want to experience the fantastic natural scenery in Peru. Hot springs nearby are another great attraction, and a rejuvenating experience I highly recommend. If the awe-inspiring views are not enough to relax you, a soak in the hot springs will!
